How these figures are calculated
Public IPv4 ICMP ping measurements run hourly from a fixed 25-probe Australian cohort. Each run sends four packets one second apart.
Each probe-hour sample is the median of its successful packet round-trip times. Provider median and p95 values are calculated from those samples.
Frugal and each competitor are compared only where both have a result from the same probe in the same rounded UTC hour. Positive advantage means Frugal had lower latency.
Probe coordinates and ASNs come from RIPE Atlas. City labels are approximate nearest-city labels; ISP names come from the RIPEstat ASN registry view.
